The main parts of the company locate in Dongying, Shandong province; besides, Shengli Oilfield Highland Petroleum Equipment Co.,Ltd also sets up branches and R&D centers in Xinjiang, Liaohe, Shanxi, Qingdao, Hong Kong, and Houston, and there are 15 industrial parks altogether. Shengli Oilfield Highland Petroleum Equipment Co.,Ltd is the key high-tech enterprises of state, who built the Research Center of Oil Production and Equipment Engineering in the China.
